Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals. On remand, the Court of Appeals shall remand this case to the trial court for reconsideration of the trial court's award of attorney fees and for findings of fact in support of the trial court's decision on remand. On remand, the trial court shall also be specifically required to determine whether the defendant was entitled to the award of attorney fees in connection with the defendant's federal court removal action and the trial court should explain its decision. We do not retain jurisdiction.
